A super summer sleeveless dress made from a very comfortable stretch fabric which has been stitched decoratively across the breast line. This stitching is placed upon tulle lace which in turn is sewn to the breast line area. The dress is a slip on over the head model. On the back of this article is a corset style tie which controls the tightness of the feel to the dress.
