This creation is a 100% pure silk dress which has been cut in a manner that allows the wearer to either cover their shoulders or else lower the neck line to keep the shoulders free. Based upon a typical "Spanish" style of flair, this creation is not only very comfortable to wear but also great fun too. The hem sports a 5.5 cm long ruffle and the entire dress is simply put on over ones head.
