An enchanting blue cotton stretch blouse with white polka dots. This blouse has short sleeves and a deep open neck line. The blouse is simply pulled over the head and can be worn on or off the shoulders as desired. Under the breast line is an elasticized ruffle which sits snuggly and gives a dressy feel to the blouse. There are two slits, one on each side of the blouse of 33 cm.
